Ellen Burtenshaw-Davies is a commercially astute Chief of Staff with a broad background across venture capital, government, and private industry. She is experienced in building finance teams and systems and in partnering with operations and management to achieve strategic goals.

Ellen began her finance career in public-practice in 2007 and started working in commercial accounting roles in 2011. She has held pivotal finance roles in large manufacturing and construction businesses as well as in Government and venture capital organisations. Ellen is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
